林心如13日宣傳電影《大囍臨門》，她飾演待嫁新娘，與李東學結婚生子，現實生活中，39歲的她堪稱「黃金剩女」，儘管美貌依舊，卻仍孤家寡人。她坦言正積極研究「凍卵」技術，「要留一些可以用的東西」，免得以後想生卻無法生。
她日前與閨密趙薇見面，已為人母的趙催她生小孩：「結不結婚沒關係，小孩一定要生！」林媽媽也希望她快生個外孫，她說自己也愛孩子，笑說：「如果沒有『人工』，我不排斥使用科技！」「人工」指男女自然受孕。
她在《大囍臨門》與豬哥亮扮父女，常被豬逗得樂不可支，有次拍婦產科戲，５名辣妹忽然現身，走到豬身旁狀似親暱。她想：「原來豬大哥年紀一把還有花邊！」豬後來向她介紹，「這是我的『五琴』！」林納悶「五琴」是什麼琴？後來才知道是「舞群」，她啞然失笑：「豬大哥還是說台語吧！」
